All grain brewer’s would be advise to grind their malt twice. This is due to the maltster’s not providing evenly assorted grains. We recommend 0.040″ for the first pass, and 0.030″ for the second pass. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, but until we get a multi-roller mill, this will have to suffice until further notice. Thanks for your understanding in this matter!
