Scientists at New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, N.Y., discovered the dene responsible for beer foam. While I’m not a general advocate of GMO foods, this one appears to have some positive applications for beer lover’s the world round. Who knows what else they’ll discover in their quest for head!
