I’ve been reading about a lot of research being done in regards to beer, its health benefits, and how it affects our bodies. Turns out Men and Women vary quite a bit when it comes to this consideration. While beer is no panacea, it does, in moderation, have some pretty amazing properties! Especially when paired with good, healthy food alternatives such as spice islands cuisine, or even a nice burger (sans fries) goes well — just mind the condiments! Of course I’m not advocating a beer diet, but including beer as a beverage and food that goes well with many global cuisines. Also, there are indirect benefits from moderate consumption of out favorite imbibition, such as helping prevent heart disease, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, renaliths (aka kidney stones), dandruff (that’s what stale beer is best for!), and even certain cancers! So raise up your glass, and make a toast to yours and everyone else’s health! Cheers, Prost, and Slainte!
